Circle of Monarchs

The Circle of Monarchs is composed of the Monarchs from all the Amtgard Kingdoms.

[edit] What do they do?

The Circle of Monarchs votes to approve new kingdoms, and on accepting new changes to the Rulebook. They typically convene once a year at the Gathering of the Clans, though they also conduct discussions via e-mail. For some they have now replaced the need for a IKBOD.
